The brief for this generous apartment in a late Victorian Mansion block sought to remodel the existing layout to provide more connection between the rooms. The opening up of some spaces, and linking of others gives the client much more flexibility in the way the apartment can be used, for entertaining and dwelling.

The project introduces a crisp, clean detailing of new elements which provides a subtle contrast with the existing architecture.
